Do you help negotiate my salary and benefits?
Yes, we are often asked to be involved in helping facilitate the negotiation
process on behalf of the client and the clinician. Many clinicians find that it is uncomfortable
to directly negotiate with a prospective employer, but they want to be sure they are being
compensated fairly. We are happy to assist with this process.
